Adrienne Faulkner

Since completing her articles with Seveny Scott in 2022, Adrienne has brought a practical and goal-oriented approach to her labour and employment law practice. She regularly represents unions and associations in a variety of matters including grievance arbitrations and applications in front of the Alberta Labour Relations Board. Adrienne also assists individual employees on a wide range of workplace issues including wrongful and constructive dismissal, disciplinary issues, harassment, accommodation and disability management, employment contracts, human rights issues, and conduct matters for regulated professionals. 

Adrienne has represented clients before labour arbitrators, the Alberta Labour Relations Board, the Alberta Human Rights Commission and all levels of Court in Alberta. 

In addition to her practice, Adrienne was a contributing author for the Legal Education Society of Alberta (LESA) Employment Law Practice Manual and has previously volunteered with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre. 

Prior to joining Seveny Scott, Adrienne graduated from the University of Alberta with a JD in 2021, where she won the Morrow Prize in Jurisprudence and competed in the Michel Bastarache French Language Moot. She also sat on the executive of OUTLaw and regularly featured in Law Show.

Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys writing, playing video and tabletop games, enjoying and studying wines of the world and catching up on the latest Formula 1 race with her cat.
