Adrienne Faulkner

Associate

Adrienne graduated from the University of Alberta with a JD in 2021 and with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science in 2018. During her time in law school, she won the Morrow Prize in Jurisprudence and competed in the Michel Bastarache French Language Moot in 2021. Adrienne was also involved in OUTLaw, the Francophone Law Students Association and Law Show.

Adrienne provides strategic and practical advice to employees and unions in all matters related to labour and employment law including wrongful and constructive dismissal, disciplinary issues, harassment, disability leaves, employment contracts and hum rights issues. In addition, Adrienne also advises and represents professionals in conduct matters with their regulators.

Adrienne has appeared as counsel at all levels of Court in Alberta as well as before labour Arbitrators, the Alberta Labour Relations Board and the Human Rights Commission. She also volunteers with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre.

Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys writing, playing video and tabletop games, enjoying and studying wines of the world and catching up on the latest Formula 1 race.
