Andrew advises and represents employees, unions and associations across a broad range of workplace and labour law matters. His practice includes wrongful and constructive dismissal, discipline and discharge, human rights and harassment, workplace investigations, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and defamation matters. He also represents unions and associations in disciplinary and policy grievances and labour relations board matters, and assists students and professionals facing academic or professional discipline

Andrew has appeared as counsel before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, labour arbitrators and administrative tribunals. He works closely with his clients to assess their options and find practical solutions to workplace disputes

Andrew is also able to assist clients in Spanish and has used his French in a legal setting, including while competing in the Michel Bastarache Linguistic Rights Moot during law school

Outside the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching Adam Sandler movies, and learning tennis, although his serve remains a work in progress.
